Ground your work in what actually lasts.

Join us for the

Gather with like-hearted people who are done with surface-level sustainability.

You care deeply about change. But the frameworks feel incomplete, the progress too slow, and the work, too often lonely.

The Regenerative Rootcamp is designed for exactly that moment.

This is an opportunity for anyone guiding or implementing change work in an organisation to:

  • get genuinely grounded in the core principles and methods of regenerative practice

  • gain a holistic, practical framework for regenerative organisational transformation

  • deepen their relationship and attunement with the living world

  • make real progress on their regenerative strategy, with peers and expert guides beside them

Our time together includes…

Three days.
A mountain hut in the Swiss Alps.
A small group.
Everything you need, and nothing you don't.

  • Training in TealCo's Organisation as Organism framework – a structured, practical tool for holistic regenerative practice

  • Inner resilience practices and breathwork for navigating uncertainty without burning out

  • A guided Nature Quest to deepen your attunement with the living world

  • Deep dives into regenerative principles and practices, chosen collaboratively by the group

  • Guided strategy time with peer support and specialist input to make tangible progress on your own regenerative work

  • Space to reflect, breathe, move, rest and simply be

  • Beautiful mountain accommodation in the Glarus Alps, surrounded by wildlife and landscape

  • All meals, snacks and drinks throughout the gathering

Why a Rootcamp?

Real change is multi-layered. It asks us to be practical and visionary, rigorous and open, active and still.

A Rootcamp holds all of that. It's not a conference. It's not a wellness retreat. It's a working gathering that recognises you can only change what's outside you as far as you've tended what's inside.

Is this for me?

The Regenerative Rootcamp is for anyone guiding or implementing change in an organisation, who wants to go deeper — into the practice, and into themselves.

You might be:

  • A founder building a new organisation and wanting to get the foundations right from the start

  • A consultant, coach, sustainability manager, HR lead or board member supporting others on their regenerative journey

  • A community or movement steward seeking to increase your positive impact in the world

If you feel the pull, trust it.
